In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India), this Privacy Notice explains how nexPro Sourcing collects, stores, processes, and manages personal data of Buyers and Vendor contacts onboarding onto our B2B procurement platform.
1. What Personal Data We Collect
We only collect personal data that is necessary for executing sourcing workflows and user onboarding. This includes:
- Account Registration details: Work email address, full name, phone number, physical business address, and hashed passwords.
- Supplier / Contact Details: Contact person name, business designation/job title, contact phone number, alternative phone, GSTIN / Tax ID, and bank account information (for billing and transaction routing).
- Sourcing Response data: Bid specifications, technical/commercial metrics, and uploaded RFQ documentation.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your personal data solely for B2B procurement operations, including:
- Configuring buyer RFQ templates and sending digital sourcing invites.
- Onboarding vendor businesses and mapping product categories.
- Generating dynamic binary PDF criteria sheets and dispatching emails.
- Providing performance analytics and historical reporting.
3. Data Retention Policy
We store personal data for as long as your account remains active on the nexPro platform, or as required for historical compliance and audit logging. If an account is deactivated or deleted, personal data fields are permanently scrubbed/anonymized, while transaction and bidding history records are retained in an aggregate, non-identifiable format to preserve historical auditing trails.
4. Data Principal Rights
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You can download a complete summary of your personal data stored on the platform at any time from your Profile page.
- Right to Correction & Erasure: You can update your profile details or request the soft-deletion/anonymization of your account details.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for future processing at any time.
